Boulder Bathroom

Here are before and after pictures for a full bathroom remodel in Boulder.  Since the space is too small to really get any good shots, and as I focus on the work I tend to move right through the project without thinking about taking pictures,  These are the only two I have.  This was a challenging project working with old lath and plaster walls, older plank flooring, and repositioning and tying into older plumbing.

Items in the scope of work included: tearing out old tile on walls, demo repair and leveling of older floor, repair and resurfacing of existing plaster walls, repositioning vanity plumbing to opposite wall, replacing old window with a new one, leveling old tub, new plumbing supply valves for all fixtures, prepping the tub surround for tile with cement backer board, water proof membrane, and niche inserts, prepping the floor for tile with cement backer board and water proof membrane, framing details on walls, new exhaust fan, all new electric wiring, switches, and lights, new heated towel bar, new floor tile, vanity, lighted mirror, toilet, wainscotting, all trim details, all painting, and all other finish details except for the tub surround tile which we subbed out due to the technical nature of the install.
