Colorado Bathroom
For this project, I took an older bathroom and a laundry closet on the opposite side of a shared wall and converted it into a newly remodeled full bath with laundry, and a separate half bath. In doing the demo, I had to cut through the existing shared wall and discovered the original log cabin wall buried within, which also had to be cut through to place the new laundry stack into the full bath. It was an interesting project with lots of old electrical and plumbing diagnosis, removal, redesign, and new installation, as we as some tricky framing and design details. The scope of work included all the trades of design, demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, heating, hvac, and installation of all fixtures, lighting, interior trim details, painting, flooring, custom shelving, etc.
